A new concept in maintenance

We operate differently than most competitors.

Using a small box truck with a lift we can service small properties other companies find difficult.  Not needing a trailer we can operate in a 30 foot parking space.

You will not be locked into a contract.  If you are not happy with the service you can cancel anytime.  We would ask the opportunity to tailor the service to your needs.  Most current clients have been with us for years, some for decades.



If possible your lawn will not be mowed wet (unless you request it).  Our goal is to make your property look as good as it can.  We always have time to discuss concerns or suggest new plants for your landscape.



The truck is stocked for many common landscape issues.  From broken sprinklers to gutters that need cleaning we have supplies in the truck to do the job.



We carry a good selection of herbicides, fungicides, insecticides and fertilizers to keep your plants healthy and pests in line.
